NALÓN INNOVA, S.L.U., (henceforth, “NALÓN INNOVA”), the website controller, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, makes this document available to users with a view to complying with the obligations set out in Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and e-commerce services (LSSICE), as well as to inform all users of the website about the terms of use of the website.
Anybody who accesses this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as with any other legal provision that may be applicable.

https://www.naloninnova.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) online which belong to NALÓN INNOVA or its licensors to which the User may have access.
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. Said responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. When carrying out said registration, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the User may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, and he/she undertakes to use it diligently and confidentially.

NALÓN INNOVA reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that are a threat to youth or childhood, public order or security or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, NALÓN INNOVA will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the CONTROLLER or, where applicable, it has a license or specific authorisation from the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and is registered at the attendant public registries.

The User must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed at the NALON INNOVA site. Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics that are not related with the CONTROLLER and which may appear at the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible controversy that may arise regarding them. The CONTROLLER recognises the owners’ respective industrial and intellectual property rights and its mere mention or appearance at the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability in this regard, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by it.

NALÓN INNOVA reserves the right to make such alterations as it sees fit at its portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided thereby and the way in which they are presented or located at its portal.
Use of Cookies

The CONTROLLER is not responsible for the information and contents stored, by way of example but not limited to, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social media or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently at the CONTROLLER’s website. This website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility that there may be certain programming errors, or that force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances may occur which make it impossible to access the website.
IP Addresses
The website servers will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file that allows the subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain purely statistical measurements that allow us to know the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the point of access etc.
NALÓN INNOVA reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, with regard to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.
NALÓN INNOVA shall pursue any breach of the present Terms as well as any misuse of its portal by carrying out any civil and criminal actions that may fall to it by law.
